The President is now above the law
23-939 Trump v. United States (07/01/2024)
Thus, even a hypothetical President who admits to having ordered the assassinations of his political rivals or critics, see, e.g., Tr. of Oral Arg. 9, or one who indisputably instigates an unsuccessful coup, id., at 41–43, has a fair shot at getting immunity under the majority’s new Presidential accountability model.

The United States Constitution has no enforcement mechanism. It's up to us to hold to the values on which we all agreed this country was founded on. To hold the government accountable to the rule of law, the separation of powers, and the oaths of office these cowards, tyrants, traitors, and sycophants took.
